Terms & Conditions

To participate in Flooring Online’s  giveaway, users must subscribe to Flooring Online's Marketing emails. 

1. This competition will run from the 12:00am 25 April 2024 to 11:59pm 10 May 2024. Entries which do not comply with the above terms (1) or made after 10 May 2024 will not be counted.
2. There will be 2 winners who will be selected at random and notified on 14 May 2024. Winners have until 17 May 2024 to provide their, full name, email, contact number to accept the prize. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
3. The competition is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years old.
4. Each winner will receive a $200 gift card to spend at Flooring Online – flooringonline.com The gift voucher is valid until 30 June 2024 and can only be applied to select Floors. The gift voucher excludes all Trims, Accessories and Trade Items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale/promotion. 
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram account, the first entry only will be accepted.
6. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
8. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
10. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be professionally photographed for website or provide a short statement about their new floor.
11. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
