Do I need to know measurements?

In order to receive an accurate quote you will need to provide the complete metres squared measurement of the flooring area.

How do I prepare for a professional installaton?

The installation of your new floor requires proper preparation whether you are using a Flooring Online recommended installer or a private tradesperson. Our online checklist provides critical information they need to adequately prepare and enable them to do the job quickly and efficiently.

I don't see an installer in my area. What should I do?

If you live outside of the installer's service areas please call us on 1800 718 427. We may be able to help you find a local professional installer. You can also DIY install your floors using our helpful online installation guides.
