Metro Delivery - $160.00

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days from the time payment is processed, subject to stock availability. Upon delivery, the driver will unload your order to your garage, carport, or a ground floor location. For larger orders, physical assistance may be required.

Regional Delivery - From $250.00

We aim to dispatch your order within 10 business days from the time payment is processed, subject to stock availability. Upon delivery, the driver will unload your order to your garage, carport, or a ground floor location. For larger orders, physical assistance may be required.

For deliveries to regional areas, a shipping fee of $250.00 is required upfront at checkout. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply depending on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order. If extra charges are necessary, our Customer Service team will provide a shipping quote prior to the dispatch of your order.

Greater Regional Delivery - From $395.00

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 business days from the time payment is processed, subject to stock availability. Upon delivery, the driver will unload your order to your garage, carport, or a ground floor location. For larger orders, physical assistance may be required.

For deliveries to greater regional areas, a shipping fee of $395.00 is required upfront at checkout. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply depending on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order. If extra charges are necessary, our Customer Service team will provide a shipping quote prior to the dispatch of your order.

In some regional areas, home delivery may not be available. If this applies to your location, our team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.

Free Collection

Customers can collect their flooring orders as early as the next business day from the nearest supplier's warehouse. Once your order is ready, a confirmation email with the collection address will be sent. Our Warehouses open for collection Monday to Friday, from 8am to 3pm.

What to expect after placing your order

Delivering your floors

It is important that someone is at home and capable to assist the driver to unload your order on the designated delivery day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. An eight-hour delivery window will be advised and the driver will call an hour in advance before making the delivery where possible. If no person is present to accept the goods and/or capable of assisting the driver to unload on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery. It is important that sufficient, clear and safe access is available to deliver the goods you have purchased.

Collecting your floors

Please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and you provide adequate strapping to secure your load. The Flooring Online team reserve the right to refuse loading your order into your vehicle if not deemed suitable or safe.

Stock availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts in our national warehouses, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will hold your order until the out of stock item becomes available. Our customer service team will be in contact to confirm expected stock availability.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on destination of the delivery address. Payment for all metro, regional and greater regional delivery services will be processed with the purchase of goods.

Local dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched from 7 business days since payment of order. Our warehouses operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

South Australia Collection (SA)

At the earliest your order will be dispatched from Victoria within 3 business days from process of payment. Your order will be delivered to Toll Depot located at 6/22 Pedder Cres, Regency Park, SA where you will receive a notification to arrange an appropriate collection time.

Remote Areas (TAS & NT)

We can deliver to the above areas, however shipping costs will be priced on application. All deliveries must be collected from the onforwarding carrier’s depot. Contact customer service for a quote on 1800 718 427.

Western Australia Orders (WA)

Where stock is unavailable in Western Australia, Flooring Online will facilitate the transfer of stock from our interstate warehouses. Please note that this transfer process requires a minimum of 2 weeks to transfer stock into Western Australia. This transit period is in addition to the regular delivery time for your order.

Installation

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floors have arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.
