Once we have received your order, our team will begin packing your flooring order in preparation for delivery or collection by your specified delivery/collection date. If we are unable to meet your requested delivery/collection date our customer service team will be in contact.
Great news, you're one step closer to new carpet. Once we have received your order, our team will begin cut the carpet to the size or your rooms specified. We will dispatch your order 5 business days from place of order or by the delivery/collection date requested. Please note the driver will require assistance hand unloading your order if the roll is larger than 5m in length. Embelton Cirrus Carpet is only available in Victoria.
Metro Delivery - $120
We will dispatch your order within 3 business days from process of payment. The driver will call one hour before delivery and will hand unload your order into your garage/carport or a ground floor location. For large orders the driver will need physical assistance.
Regional Delivery - $198
We will dispatch your order within 5 business days from process of payment. The driver will hand unload your order into your garage/carport or a ground floor location. For large orders the driver will need physical assistance.
Greater Regional Delivery - $350*
We will dispatch your order within 7 business days from process of payment. Your order will be sent to the nearest couriers depot for collection. *Due to the weight, size and location of your order, delivery fees are subject to change.
Collection - FREE
Customers can choose to collect their flooring orders as early as the next business day from the nearest suppliers warehouse. A confirmation email detailing the collection address will be sent once your order is ready to collect. This service is only available Mon-Fri 8am-3pm.

Your shipping cost is based on your postcode and is calculated during checkout. The above prices are all flat rates regardless of order size. Please note we do not deliver or enable collection of orders on Public Holidays or Weekends.
Delivery: It is important that someone is at home and capable to assist the driver to hand unload your order on the designated delivery day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. An eight-hour delivery window will be advised and the driver will call an hour in advance before making the delivery where possible. If no person is present to accept the goods and/or capable of assisting the driver to hand unload on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery. It is important that sufficient, clear and safe access is available to deliver the goods you have purchased.
Collection: Please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and you provide adequate strapping to secure your load. The Flooring Online team reserve the right to refuse loading your order into your vehicle if not deemed suitable or safe.
What to expect after placing your order
Day before delivery
The day before your delivery is due, you’ll receive an email confirming an expected eight-hour delivery slot for your new floor.
Day of delivery
On the day of delivery our driver will call 1 hour before the expected time of arrival to ensure someone is available on site to except delivery.
During your delivery
The driver will hand unload your order into your garage/carport or an undercover ground floor location. Please ensure that sufficient, clear and safe access is available to the driver. For large flooring orders over 50m2, the driver will require physical assistance.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts in our national warehouses, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will hold your order until the out of stock item becomes available. Our customer service team will be in contact to confirm expected stock availability.
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on destination of the delivery address. Payment for all metro, regional and greater regional delivery services will be processed with the purchase of goods.
Orders are usually dispatched from 3 business days since payment of order. Our warehouses operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
South Australia Deliveries (SA)
At the earliest your order will be dispatched within 3 business days from process of payment. Your order will be delivered to Toll Depot located at 6/22 Pedder Cres, Regency Park, SA where you will receive a notification to arrange an appropriate collection time.
Remote Areas (TAS & NT)
We can deliver to the above areas, however shipping costs will be priced on application. All deliveries must be collected from the onforwarding carrier’s depot. Contact customer service for a quote on 1800 718 427.
