This innovative hybrid product features a groundbreaking ABA structure, featuring a Stone Polymer Composite core sandwiched between two layers of PVC vinyl. This design delivers our most stable hybrid board yet, offering enhanced underfoot comfort, durability, and dent resistance.
The first of its kind in Australia, the ABA construction process involves strategically balancing layers of vinyl both above and below the SPC core. This results in superior dimensional stability and performance, while also providing the soft feel characteristic of PVC vinyl flooring.
So where does the ABA structure sit within hybrid flooring?
SPC flooring typically comes in 3 construction types: Basic style, AB and ABA.
Standard: SPC floor that consists of one layer only
AB (Two Layers) LVT sheet + SPC rigid core
ABA (Three Layers)LVT sheet + SPC rigid core + LVT sheet
