Trade Account Terms

Flooring Online Trade Cash Account Terms & Conditions 

To ensure you have a great experience when dealing with us, we ask that you take time to read the following.

1.      Orders

  • Verbal quotations are not supplied to online trade customers.
  • Orders are to be placed online at flooringonline.com via the designated trade account login.
  • Online orders will be regarded as accepted once payment has been processed and you have received an email order confirmation from us. 

2.      Payment

  • If you do not have a trade credit or trade cash account with Embelton (Flooring Online), full payment is required at the time of order.
  • If you have a trade cash account with Embelton (Flooring Online), full payment is required before the dispatch of goods.
  • If you have a trade credit account with Embelton (Flooring Online), payment is required as per your credit account terms.
  • Payment methods include:
    1. Mastercard and Visa (via Shopify)
    2. Paypal
    3. Afterpay (Limited to $2,000)
    4. Zip Pay (Limited to $10,000)
  • Direct deposit is also available for payments. Bank details are provided on the Order Confirmation.

3.      Changes to an Order

  • Once an order has been placed, changes can be made via phone, 1800 718 427 or email, sales@flooringonline.com up until dispatch of order.
  • If the order contains custom made products, then changes cannot be made to the product/s and payment in full is still required. No refunds are given on custom made products.

4.      Pricing

  • Online pricing is subject to change without notice, prior to order being placed an paid in full.
  • Trade pricing is only given when you place your order online at flooringonline.com via your trade account login.

5.      Delivery and Collection

  • Flooring Online will advise via email when your order is available for collection or the expected date of delivery. Goods must be collected within 30 days of becoming available, unless arranged prior with our customer service team.
  • Paid up orders must be collected with 60 days or within 60 days of the goods becoming available, otherwise storage fees may be payable of up to 5% of the order value, for each month pickup is delayed.

6.      Refunds & Returns

  • Subject to Flooring Online’s return policy (https://flooringonline.com/policies/refund-policy) all eligible returned products will incur a 15% restocking fee. Products must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original form of payment. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to be processed from the date of confirmation.
  • Delivery fees paid are non-refundable.

7.      Refunds & Returns

 

*By joining our Trade Program you will receive access to exclusive trade discounts online and instore. Flooring Online reserves the right to not issue a trade account if the applicant does not meet the specified criteria. If you have any questions regarding our Trade Program, please contact sales@flooringonline.com. Trade accounts are excluded from other online promotions.
